Aku Tatau La

Assalamualaikum & Goodday

It has been more than a week since PRU 12. The people have spoken. However, there are mixed feelings among Malaysians.

One group is still celebrating their victory and the other are still cracking their heads just to understand what went wrong.

There is also a group of people who had admitted that they had made a wrong move by voting a party which they dont really support but they did it because they wanted to teach the other party a lesson. They never thought that their votes would lead to their anxiousness.

Another group of people who call themselve urbanites, said to me, 'we chose to be liberal instead of racial, we dont need protection from the government, and we are not afraid with competition, we will survive no matter who is in power'. Hmmm....arrogance....remember my friends, GOD doesnt like people with big heads. Mebbe u should mince your words a bit lah. Who knows one day u gonna have to eat it back.

A guy came to me and told me that he was ecstatic with the recent PRU result. He and his friends were actually in a party mood on 8 and 9 of March but then.... they realized that they won the 'cheerleading contest' but he and his friends actually lost the battle (menang sorak, kampung tergadai)

As for me, i want to associate myself with one of the groups, but as a government servant, i do have certain ethics to adhere to. So i keep my mouth shut. As far as I am concern, the gomen people have taken their oaths to serve the people & country. Business as usual lah.

People keep asking me the soalan cepu mas: Saper MB ni rul? Bila nak lantik ni? Confirm ke dia jadi MB Perak?

Aiseymen....how la am i suppose to know the answer. Dont they watch TV? Everything is on the TV lah. But nooooo.....they still come to me with the same question. For the first couple of days, i still can tahan, but if u being bombarded with the same questions over and over again, it kinda sucks, ok. How many times do i have to tell them - AKU TATAU LA!!! ehehehhe....

Anyways, i feel that Malaysians nowadays are smarter than before. However, we do lack something. We lack the ability to form our own judgement. Most of the time we tend to believe the bad side of the story. We never wanted to believe the good ones. Simply because it is not sensational :P to make it worst, the story comes from a friend who doesnt even have the credibility, and offcourse he will add some extra spices just to make it tastier and believable.

Some of us judge from observation, but we never tried to really understand the situation. Example, let say there's a driver who drives dangerously, we would simply label him as crazy, stupid or kurang hajo. We never know, mebbe he's transporting a very sick man to the hospital. Usually we will never know coz we never wanted the truth, we just to believe what we want to believe.

My point is, we should gather all info, the good ones & the bad ones. Then only we could form the conclusion and decide on what we want to believe.

ok la peeps. see ya later.

Mari lah mari kita mengundi

Assalamualaikum & Goodday

Tomorrow is D-Day....Polling Day. Who are you going to vote for? Dont tell ok. Undi itu rahsia. Doesnt matter whether u r voting for the government or the opposition, the only thing that matters is dat u go out n vote. It's a free country what.....So choose wisely.....

As for me i'll be casting my vote here at Sekolah Kebangsaan Pengkalan Lahat. Still contemplating when to vote thou. Dont want to get stuck in the long line lah.

in 2004, i didnt vote :) i had to work so couldnt get back to ipoh (alasan je sebnarnya...aku malas nak drive balik) i was working at bukit aman that day. even when the PM celebrated his victory i was still in bukit aman. i only clocked out the next morning. boring eh....

sepanjang tempoh kempen ni, macam2 orang aku jumpa. some are so semangat (tak kira la samada kerajaan or pembangkang) some just couldnt care less.

i asked this one young guy whether he's going to vote or not. he said he is malas to go out and vote. i told him that he's wasting his rights. he said he dont mind. if anything happens to this country he'll migrate to somewhere else. cheh.....i feel that this guy should migrate now lah. he has no heart for this country at all. and malaysia will not cry if she looses people with this attitude.

i ekceli dont mind if he doesnt want to vote. hak masing-masing. i'm only frustrated that he has no love for the country. i just cannot understand that. why would people migrate to other countries. the grass is always greener on the other side they say. ehehehhe....full of BS lah.

susah la kalo nak citer pasal patriotism nih kan. mebbe next time lah. as for now, i dont have the energy to write lah. i just want to rest.

so jangan lupa keluar mengundi besok ye. and undilah dengan bijak. your future is in your hands :)
